Koelen in de koelkast is wel lekker voor het te gaan eten.

Door:

Ingrediënten
  • 200 gr magere kwark
  • 50 ml koffie
  • 2 volkoren beschuiten
  • 1 scoop eiwitpoeder van @foodspring (optioneel)
  • 2 tl cacaopoeder
  • zoetstof naar smaak (optioneel): toffee en vanille
Instructies
  • Stap 1 Zet een kopje koffie en doe hier enkele druppels toffee bij en laat de koffie afkoelen.
  • Stap 2 Leg vervolgens de twee beschuiten in zijn geheel in een schaaltje en giet de koffie hier overheen. Laat de koffie even inweken tot de beschuiten zacht zijn geworden.
  • Stap 3 Doe vervolgens de kwark, eiwitpoeder en zoetstof vanille in een kommetje en roer goed door.
  • Stap 4 Pak een schaaltje waar je de tiramisu in wil hebben en leg op de bodem de beschuit. Verdeel de helft van het kwark mengsel over de beschuit en leg hier vervolgens de andere beschuit op en verdeel de rest van de kwark over de beschuit.
  • Stap 5 Top het mengsel af met rauwe cacao.
