Courgetti Kipgehaktballen in Tomatensaus

Ingrediënten
- 1,5 courgette
- 350 gr kippengehakt
- blik Mutti tomaten
- klein blikje tomatenpuree
- Italiaanse kruiden naar smaak
- zout en peper naar smaak
- 50 gr geraspte parmezaanse kaas
- 100 gr cherrytomaatjes
- beetje olie of boter om in te bakken
Instructies
- Stap 1 Draai kleine gehaktballen van het kippengehakt, met een beetje zout en peper.
- Stap 2 Bak de kipgehaktballetjes in wat boter in een ruime pan.
- Stap 3 Zodra de kipgehaktballetjes aan alle kanten dicht geschroeid zijn, voeg je de tomatensaus en puree toe met de Italiaanse kruiden.
- Stap 4 Maak van de courgette dunne sliertjes, of met een spiralizer, of met een mes.
- Stap 5 Rasp de parmezaanse kaas.
- Stap 6 Snijd de cherrytomaten door de helft.
- Stap 7 Je kunt de cherrytomaten nog even kort meebakken in de saus, of je eet ze rauw bij het gerecht.
- Stap 8 Zodra de kipgehaktballen gaar zijn, kun je de courgetti in de saus kort even meebakken, of je eet het rauw met de saus en de ballen erop.
- Stap 9 Wat geraspte kaas erover en klaar!
