Ingrediënten
- 3 el Tromp & Rueb appelazijn met honing
- 100 gr sla naar keuze
- 150 gr watermeloen blokjes
- handje walnoten
- 6 groene asperges
- 50 gr geitenkaas (feta kan ook)
- 3 plakjes rauwe ham
- 1-2 geroosterde broodjes (bruin spelt)
Instructies
- Stap 1 Kook de groene asperges beetgaar.
- Stap 2 Maak van een hele watermeloen kleine stukjes (zonder schil).
- Stap 3 Maak een groot bord of schaal op met de sla, lekker is botersla, romainesla of veldsla. Een combinatie kan ook!
- Stap 4 Verdeel de meloen, de asperges en de ham over de sla.
- Stap 5 Brokkel de geitenkaas eroverheen.
- Stap 6 Als laatste sprenkel je de appelazijn met honing over je salade en klaar ben je!
- Stap 7 Wil je een dressing maken dan doe je dit met 3 eetlepels azijn, 3 eetlepels olie, 1 theelepel mosterd, 1 theelepel honing, snuf gemalen peper, eventueel andere smaakmakers, naar eigen inspiratie zoals verse kruiden of citroen.
- Stap 8 Vergeet je broodje er niet bij te serveren.
