Wil jij ook leuke dingen aantrekken in je leven? Zorg er dan voor dat je je trilling hoog houdt! Vaag? Zweverig? Nee hoor! Dit is kwantumfysica, alles is energie (je lichaam, gedachten, emoties, de ruimte om je heen) en alles is met elkaar verbonden. 


Energie is altijd in beweging, het trilt, die trilling heeft een frequentie: hoog (= blij, gelukkig, vrolijk), laag (=boos, angstig, ongelukkig).


Trillingen trekken gelijke trillingen aan: ben jij omringt met negativiteit (boze negatieve mensen, jaloezie, roddel etc)? Dan is je eigen trilling meestal ook laag en is het een goed idee om je trilling te verhogen! 


Hoe? Met leuke dingen doen als bv dansen, zingen, lachen, muziek luisteren, knuffelen en massages ondergaan. Maar ook met gezond onbewerkt eten, buitenlucht, sporten, mediteren, dankbaarheid, oordeelloosheid en diepe buikademhalingen helpen je daarmee.


Hoe verhoog jij je trilling en daarmee het plezier in je leven?


Alles draait om balans en in dit geval tussen ontvangen & loslaten! Ook uit een ademsessie kun je opmaken hoe dat bij jou zit op dit moment. Diep inademen gaat namelijk over ontvangen; het inademen van levensenergie ook wel Chi of Prana genoemd. En het uitademen gaat over loslaten, loslaten van gedachten & patronen die je belemmeren en opschonen van lichaam & geest. 


Hoe zit het met jouw balans tussen ontvangen & loslaten?

Als je vrienden met jezelf maakt, ben je nooit alleen!

Dit betekent niet dat je anderen afwijst, maar het gaat erom dat je jezelf volledig accepteert en jezelf met liefde zachtheid te behandelen. Als je je eigen beste vriend bent dan maakt het niet uit of er mensen om je heen zijn of wat iedereen over je denkt. Je leunt dan niet meer op een ander maar helemaal op jezelf! 

Ja maar wat als het nou wel lukt? Deze gedachte zit vol potentie! Want wie weet hoe je leven gaat als het nou allemaal wel lukt! zou dat niet super zijn? En waarom niet, waarom zou het niet lukken. 


Ja, en wat maakt het eigenlijk uit? Of iets nou wel of niet lukt, het belangrijkste is in de meeste gevallen niet of je slaagt of niet. Alles wat je oppikt als je iets nieuws gaat doen, als je uit je comfort zone gaat levert je iets op. Dus of iets nu lukt, of niet lukt, je groeit er altijd door!


Volgende keer als je weer van die stemmetjes hoort van “wat als het nou niet lukt?” bedenk je dan dat het net zo goed de andere kant op kan gaan en dat het uiteindelijk niet uitmaakt, leren en groeien doe je sowieso als je de eerste stap zet!

Ken je het #fightflightfreeze effect? Ondanks dat de uitkomst van ademwerk mega zen en relaxed  is kan de sessie zelf soms wat ongemakkelijk zijn. Het eerste gedeelte van de ademsessie is vaak het lastigste, door de diepe en snelle manier van ademen activeer je je sympathische zenuwstelsel (het vecht, vlucht, bevriessysteem) en ergens onbewust wil je dat helemaal niet. Je kunt gaan ervaren dat je lichaam wat gaat tintelen of heel zwaar worden en ook dat kan veel met je gedachten doen en je triggeren om te stoppen. 


Maar als je hier aan voorbij gaat en wat verder in de ademsessie zit zul je merken dat de weerstand verdwijnt en het ademen eigenlijk als vanzelf gaat, het besef van tijd verdwijnt dan helemaal. En dan is het moment van het grote loslaten en vertrouwen aangekomen! Hoe meer je je hieraan kunt overgeven hoe groter het effect! Nieuwsgierig? Kom gerust eens meedoen bij LCP.
