Tip: Maak het de avond van tevoren!


  • 1e laag:
  • 30 gr crunchy muesli zonder suiker
  • 2e laag:
  • 100 ml water
  • 50 gr breakfast bowl mango/kurkuma (bestel bij Foodspring)
  • 3e laag:
  • 500 ml plantaardige melk
  • 6 el chiazaad
  • 1 el maple syrup
  • Topping:
  • 100 gr mango
  • Handje blauwe bessen
  • Stap 1 Meng in een schaaltje de chiazaden met de plantaardige melk. Zorg dat het goed door elkaar gemengd is en zet het afgedekt in de koelkast.
  • Stap 2 Paar uurtjes wachten.
  • Stap 3 Maak ondertussen ook de breakfast bowl mango/kurkuma. Meng 50 gram breakfast bowl met 100 ml water en mix door elkaar.
  • Stap 4 Laagjes bouwen:
  • Stap 5 Begin met een laagje crunchy muesli, bedek deze met de mango breakfast bowl en voeg vervolgens de chiazaadpudding toe. Top de bovenkant af met verse stukjes mango, blauwe bessen en nog wat muesli.
