Smoothies zijn een makkelijke manier van snel groenten en fruit tot je nemen. Wij maken altijd smoothies met een combinatie van fruit en groenten, omdat fruit toch suikers bevat en zo de balans een beetje wordt opgemaakt in de smoothie. Je kunt ook goed vari\u00ebren wat je bij de fruit en groenten toevoegt, plantaardige melk, yoghurt, water, kokoswater, je kunt alles uitproberen!
