Maandag Motivitatie

Heerlijk lig ik met mijn dekentje op de bank! Ik lees de berichtjes van vrienden, familie en op instagram. De onrust is groot, mensen zijn somber, er heerst verdriet en eenzaamheid. Maar helpt het nou echt om daar in mee te gaan, daar in te blijven hangen? 

Begrijp me niet verkeerd, verdriet mag er zijn, frustratie ook. Maar er is zoveel om dankbaar voor te zijn. Die lichtpuntjes in je leven heb je nodig als houvast. Hoe ziet jouw leven er nu uit? Kan je kleine veranderingen aanbrengen die jouw gelukkiger maken!? Wij gaan de uitdaging met je aan. Wij starten deze maandag met een opdracht! 

Opdracht

Omschrijf je ideale dag eens, wat doe je graag, waar ga je graag heen en wat maakt jouw gelukkig op deze dag. 
Mijn ideale dag bijvoorbeeld: Ik slaap graag een beetje uit, mijn dochter kruipt bij mij in bed en we drinken gezellig een bak koffie en thee. Daarna gaan we erop uit, lekker een wandeling in de natuur. Even op een terras zitten met wat lekkers en de dag eindigen met een wijntje bij vrienden.

Oké nu je dit opgeschreven hebt, ben ik benieuwd wat er voor nodig is om daar te komen. Eigenlijk kan ik heel veel wel doen, ik kan wandelen, ik kan koffie drinken en ik kan ook nog langs die leuke vrienden. Die lunch is lastiger, hoe ga ik dat gevoel creëren? Hoe kan ik dat ombuigen? 
Ja ik heb het! We maken onze eigen high tea en gaan gezellig met het gezin lunchen. Kan jij de dingen ombuigen die je graag doet? 

Wij geven je wat tips: 

  1. Maak je lunch af en toe extra luxe en ga samen met iemand op afstand van elkaar een lekker broodje eten;
  2. Nodig je buurvrouw uit voor een kop koffie, je zal zien dat ook zij wellicht wel eens eenzaam is;
  3. High wine online- neem het initiatief! Stuur je vriendinnen een kaartje voor een borrel en plan die online wijn proeverij;
  4. Spelletjes, speel online spelletjes met vrienden 
  5. Wandelen, kom van die bank af en beweeg elke dag 30 minuten 
  6. Maak je op, je zult je beter voelen als je toch een beetje knap voor de dag komt. 
  7. Stel doelen, wat wil je die week zeker doen, wie wil je bellen, wat wil je realiseren. Doelen geven houvast en dat geeft richting. 
  8. Ga sporten als je even een dipje hebt, online heb je sport video’s genoeg
  9. Eet gezond, waak er voor dat je gaat snaaien 
  10. Bepaal wat jij laat binnen komen, bekijk niet alle nieuwtjes, beperk dat je maar 1x per dag iets ga lezen over covid-19.
