Detox sapkuur 2-daagse

Wat is een detox-sapkuur?

Dagelijks hebben wij veel te maken met slechte invloeden van buitenaf. Denk aan alcohol, roken, medicijngebruik, verontreinigde lucht en stress. Met een sappenkuur reinig je je lichaam, met een kuur van een of meerdere dagen. Tijdens deze dagen drink je alleen maar sap en drink je water of thee. Door middel van een sapkuur geef jij jouw lichaam de juiste voedingsstoffen, mineralen en vitamines die direct in de bloedbaan worden opgenomen. Het lichaam doet de rest: reinigen, genezen en hydrateren.


Om tijdens de sapkuur een maximaal resultaat te behalen is het belangrijk dat je je goed voorbereid op de detox kuur. Dit houdt in dat je de dagen voorafgaand aan de kuur mindert met het eten van bepaalde voedingsmiddelen. Zo werd aangeraden om tenminste drie dagen van tevoren bewerkte voedingsmiddelen zoals rood vlees, suiker, zuivel en tarwe te vermijden, evenals cafeïne dat voorkomt in koffie en frisdrank.

Ik begon mijn sapkuur op de maandag. Dit hield in dat ik in het weekend moest beginnen met voorbereiden op mijn detox kuur. Het vermijden van rood vlees, suiker, zuivel en frisdrank was voor mij geen probleem. Echter had ik wel wat meer moeite met het stoppen van tarwe en koffie. Zo heb ik wel volkoren boterhammen gegeten tijdens de lunch en ook een kopje koffie om 10.00 kon ik niet helemaal weglaten.

Dag 1

Maandag begon ik met mijn 2-daagse sapkuur. Verdeeld over de hele dag drink ik 6 sapjes en 3 shotjes. De shotjes bestonden uit geconcentreerde gember, kurkuma en granaatappel.

Ik begon maandag met een gember shotje, de smaak en geur vond ik vrij heftig zo vroeg op de ochtend. Maar niet te veel nadenken en shotten maar… Om 10.00 dronk ik het tweede sapje. De ‘Immune booster’, een oranje sapje met appel, wortel, gember en limoen. Om eerlijk te zijn houd ik zelf niet zo van wortels, dus ik was van tevoren een beetje sceptisch over dit sapje. Maar ik was positief verrast. Daarna heb ik nog een kurkumashot en een groen sapje gedronken. Rond twee uur was het tijd voor het rode sapje. Vooraf aan de detox kuur zag ik meer op tegen de groene sapjes en leken het rode sapje mij het lekkerst. Maar dit bleek precies andersom te zijn. Het rode sapje bestond uit rode bieten, wortels citroen, gember en appels. Dit sapje vond ik persoonlijk niet lekker, dus dit heb ik met een rietje snel opgedronken. Het smaakte in ieder geval wel gezond ;-). Doordat er tijdens de detox kuur veel momenten zijn waarop ik een ‘shotje’ of ‘sapje’ mag hebben, had ik door de dag heen geen tot weinig honger. ’s Avonds kreeg ik wel een inkakmoment, dus toen heb ik lekker op de bank een serie gekeken en op tijd naar bed gegaan.

Dag 2

Op dag twee van mijn sapkuur werd ik uit mijzelf wakker. Ik voelde me uitgeslapen en uitgerust. Om 8.00 begon ik weer met een shotje dit keer begon ik met de granaatappelshot. Ik vond de gembershot namelijk te pittig voor de ochtend.  Door de dag voelde ik mij goed en ervaarde ik geen honger gevoel. Daarom besloot ik om tijdens mijn lunchpauze naar de sportschool te gaan.  Het is belangrijk om tijdens een detox kuur niet te intensief te sporten. Ik deed daarom een lichte workout die bestond uit wandelen op de loopband en een buikspierkwartiertje. Tijdens het sporten was ik vergeten om mijn kurkumashot te nemen, dus die heb ik daarna genomen. Op dit moment kwam ik in de knoop met het tijdschema die als voorbeeld werd bijgestuurd. Ik besloot om na het shotje ook direct het groene sapje te nemen. Deze bestond uit appel, komkommer, peer, romaine sla en spinazie. Van tevoren had ik dus verwacht dat ik de groene sapjes minder lekker zou vinden.

Tot nu toe valt mij de sapkuur absoluut mee. Dit gevoel verdween toen ik hoorde dat mijn huisgenoten ’s avonds een nacho schotel gingen maken. Tijdens het avondeten vond ik het erg lastig om niet stiekem wat mee te eten, toch hield ik het bij mijn groene sapje. Wel at ik tijdens het avondeten wat rauwe groenten, omdat ik het gevoel had dat ik ergens op moest kauwen. Na het eten voelde ik net als de dag ervoor weer wat vermoeider en een beetje duizelig. Gelukkig had ik niks op de planning staan en kon ik lekker rustig aan doen. ’s Avonds om 20.00 mocht ik mijn laatste sapje drinken. De 2-daagse sapkuur was volbracht!

Dit vond ik van de sapkuur

Ik vond het erg leuk dat ik de 2-daagse sapkuur van Juicemood mocht proberen. Ik werd gedurende de twee dagen bewust wat er op een dag eigenlijk allemaal in je mond verdwijnt en dat je lichaam best 2-dagen zonder dierlijke producten, suikers en vetten kan. Je lichaam krijgt even rust en krijgt volop vitamines. Toch merkte ik wel dat ik tijdens de sociale gelegenheden (’s avonds wanneer ik normaal met mijn huisgenoten eet) wat meer moeite had. Ook werd ik ’s avonds sneller vermoeid, maar daarentegen werd ik de volgende dag wel uitgerust wakker. Al met al vond ik de 2-daagse detox kuur zeker geslaagd en vanaf nu hou ik mijn normale eetpatroon, met gezonde maaltijden, weer aan.
